new feature:"rate" golo image galleries

Good morning GOLO:
We've added a new feature to the GOLO image galleries. Take a look at any gallery (in the slideshow format) and along the bottom you will see text that reads "rate this image."
To the left of that you will see five stars. Clicking on the stars will submit a rating of one to five.
Select the number of stars you'd like to assign that particular image and you will see the total number of stars that image has received, as well as the number of votes.
Many of you have asked for something like this, and this will also allow us to hold contests in the future.
