wake group: admitting to gangs is first step in tackling problem
Published Mar. 20, 2008The first step in attacking the growing problem of gangs is a regional collaborative effort that dmits there is a problem, according to a local gang-prevention group.
I have said how to solve the problem. I have said the war is not overseas...the war is right here. Police can't handle this job, there are more gang members than cops so we need our troops over here to defend this land. Eve Carson would be alive today if it were not for gangs. We need the troops to fight and protect here. Whereever there is gang territory is where the troops should be. We need to identify the leaders and take them out like Al Queda. 1 by 1 . Just blow their heads off is what I say.
