"illegal aliens".. are they criminals or not?

I hear 95% of you say that we should have no mercy on illegal aliens. Your main argument is because they are breaking the law. I have asked 100's of times, "who's law?" "Mans law?"... It is usualy people claiming to be the biggest christians who do the most arguing, and have the least compasion for our neighbors, and fellow humans, by saying that there should be NO MERCY for "law breakers"... But I say again, MANS LAW IS NOT ALWAYS GODS LAW!!.... So now for my questions... Were the good people who hid the jews from the Nazi's criminals? Were the Jews who fled and hid criminals? What about the Christians who hid escaped slaves, or helped with the underground railroad? They were breaking the law, but were they CRIMINALS? The overall theme of the Bible's teaching is summed up in Exodus 22:21, "You shall not wrong or oppress a resident alien, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt." Reminding the people of biblical Israel that they had been slaves in Egypt, the Hebrews are enjoined to treat aliens, foreigners and sojourners in their midst fairly and with respect. Leviticus 19:34 echoes and expands upon the Exodus teaching. "The alien who resides among you shall be to you as the citizen among you; you shall love the alien as yourself, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt; I am the Lord your God." From the New Testament Letter to the Hebrews we hear, "Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing so some have entertained angels unawares." I would apreciate all feed back and opinions on this matter. If I am wrong..HOW?

HOWEVER..., one thing I WILL NOT SUPPORT is the propagation of non-English languages in this country. This is the UNITED STATES: we speak ENGLISH here. Learn it or leave.

I agree, but I can't have all my brothers/sisters and their families and friends living in my house, eating my food, using my medical supplies,... while I foot the bill alone.
I'll agree that the hispanic community that I see are very much hard workers. But the fact is, they (those who are illegal) are here in defiance of our law, they DO receive benefits that our own citizens cannot get and that WE pay for. I have no problem with ANYone coming here documented and through legal channels. But I have a problem with ALL people who sneak in and try to remain under the radar (this goes for ALL illegals, not just hispanic), secretly benefiting from our US services and programs.
