a few tweaks to the voting feature

For those of you who like to vote on news stories, you'll be happy to know that we've improved the voting tool, which tallies votes and places stories on the HOT TOPICS list.
It now counts and shows your vote immediately without reloading the page, and grays out the vote button if you've voted already, so you won't make the mistake of attempting to vote twice.
The page no longer scrolls when you vote and there are a few other subtle improvements as well. So give it a try, and go vote on your favorite news stories. We think you'll like it.
