are men scared of smart women?

In my observations, I've noticed that lots of men have issues with strong, intelligent women. Actually, a lot of women have problems with women who are more technical and logical and have more "masculine" personalities. I think this is why some people don't like Hillary. What do you think?

It's interesting that my opinions of Condi are being bashed when much worse things are being said about Hillary. Do you not think your personal political opinions have anything to do with that? Oh, please. Of COURSE they do. And it's OKAY. I think Condi is unfortunate to be in the position of having to work with an idiot like Bush. I mean, really, was she going to turn down a cabinet position? Of course not. She's much too smart for that. I was glad when Powell got away from him. He got screwed over by the Bush administration. They fed him bogus intelligence, which he then presented to Congress and the world. It was wrong.

And I gotta say: Stewie, personal attacks are a waste of everyone's time. So if you can't discuss intelligently, or at least humorously, please refrain from posting on my blogs. Thanks.

The biggest problem I have with smart women is that they usually target my wallet. Could this be true of Hillary?

I don't have a problem with strong intelligent women, in fact I consider myself one. But I do have a problem with the way Clinton tears up when it suits her purpose. Also I have a problem with how she is trying to use her role as first lady as experience that qualifies her as our next president. Another issue I have with Clinton is how she is allowing her husband to be her attack dog when it comes to bashing her opponents. I would respect her more if as a strong woman... she stood on her own merits and spoke up for herself.

I agree with fl and TMed about the Condi remark Aquamamma. I find Condi to be extremely intelligent, smart, ethical and operates to her own code of conduct, she is no one's puppet and it is insulting to her to insinuate that she is. I think you are letting personal politics enter your opinion of Condi.

TBK - HA, if you only knew how many marriage proposals I turned down ...without giving it up! And these were some very confident men, a couple were extremely wealthy. They just liked my personality, the b_tchiness didn't bother them- most found my honesty and outspokenness refreshing.
