the battle's on ... guitar hero iii

Santa Claus surprised us all with Guitar Hero III for the Wii this morning, and after returning from an afternoon with the in-law's, the battle's on.
The Players
+ The Mini Wonder, 9 years old, male, mini-genius
+ Wonder Woman, 34 years old, woman, musical Goddess
+ Mr. Wonder, 36 years old, all-around-genius
The Stakes
+ Bragging rights for most musical prowess
+ Six pack of beer for the elders, chocolate milk (which means caffeine at dinner time, not breakfast) for a week for the mini
The Specs
As we learn the game, we're starting off with most number of songs played correctly between December 25 and 28. We're bringing out the big guns over New Year's Eve.

PROGRESS REPORT ... DAY TWO
- Mini Wonder refers to his guitar arm as his "axel fibious"
- Mr. Wonder is rockin' on average at 91%
- Wonder Woman (me) has already broken into the winning prize Amstel Light six pack ... sadly, it's not helping my score at all.
