Anyone know a good realtor? We are thinking of selling our condo and am not sure of the market, who to call, or what to do !! If anyone has any recommendations or handy-dandy helpful hints, please feel free to post!!

If you want a realtor that will sell and get you top dollar, call Donna McIntyre at the Wake Foest Ammons and Pittman. She handled our sell and purchase in Jan. She and her daughter are the BEST!!! They work as a mother / daughter team. 919-880-3254

I think it should have a new roof at least before trying to sell lit. I'll see what I'm doing next week and see if my banker will let me invest. LOL

An honest and good charming young lady to call upon would be at ERA United Home Realty (919)830-0426, ask for Zulma. Tell her that the little guy from the bank gave you her contact info. Good luck on the condo sale. They are going better than homes are, mostly for rental usage.
