your travel advice, please

Hi, friends.
I'm going on a vacation in Maine later this month -- landing in Portland and staying a few nights in Boothbay Harbor. Well, in the town of Boothbay Harbor -- not in the harbor itself (hopefully).
I've never been to Maine before, but I've always wanted to go. Any Mainers here with some travel advice? I have 3 1/2 days. What should I do?
