how to build a bird bath / feeder with clay pots

I had posted this over the weekend, and wanted to repost for anyone that did not get a chance to see it.
I love to craft about anything. I had been looking at bird baths / feeders and they were all so expensive. Heres an easy & economical way to build your own. You can paint and decorate to your own liking, and they cost about $25-$35 each. It was a blast to do. Here are the step by step instructions.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 2 - 4 hours
Here's How:
1. When buying your clay pots, invert and stack them together together. Start with the largest on the bottom to give it stability. Depending on the sizes and numbers of pots that you use, different looking birdbaths can be made. End with a large clay saucer on the top. A bird bath can be simply a clay saucer on an inverted pot or it can be several pots tall.
2. Glue the pots together using Liquid nail or silicone adhesive.
3. Attach saucer to top pot with Liquid nail or silicone adhesive, making sure it is centered and level. The bath now can be used or it can be decorated.
4. There are lots of ways to decorate your birdbath. Using a foam brush, sponges, stencils or stampers, you can make the birdbath very decorative.
5. When all is dry, cover the painted and grouted surfaces with several layers of acrylic sealer. You can buy this in spray cans or brush it on from a can.
6. Or glue seashells on the birdbath various places. After the glue is dry, mix up grout and apply it between the shells, wiping the shells frequently to get rid of the excess grout. Then apply several layers of sealer.
Tips:
1. If you are painting your birdbath, you may wish to glue the pots together AFTER they are painted. I glued the pots together before I began gluing the shells onto my birdbath.
2. I glued shells onto the birdbath, then applied grout between the shells. Mosaic tiles or stones could also be used.
What You Need:
* 12-inch clay pot
* 14-inch clay pot
* 16-inch clay pot
* 18-20-inch diameter clay saucer
* Liquid Nails, silicone adhesive, or heavy duty outdoor glue, caulk gun
* Acrylic paints, brushes (optional)
* Shells, grout, glue (optional)
* Clear satin polyurethane or acrylic sealer
