allergies

For the last 3 days, I have been expierencing allergy systoms. I have been taking benedryl and it is not working for me, suggestions on what might?

Honey is the right idea, but it does need to be 5-10 mile from your home. It will work on allergies to pollen, but it must be taken year round in order to build up an immunity to it. You also can try bee pollen if your local honey man sells it. The pollen must be kept refrigerated. There is a man at the farmers market in Raleigh that sells it & I think he is from Dunn.

Had the same symptoms but it was caused by my c-pap. I used it dry and it needed water to humidify the air.

find a local honey person...it has to be as local as you can find...you want to get someone show screens their honey but does not filter it. You will have pollens etc...take a tablespoon of honey in the morning.. you may see improvement in 3 days or so....but it has to be local unfiltered honey...you do not want the pollens filtered out.

I am a nurse and can't give you any advice either. My allergies have been killing me the last few days and benadryl isn't working for me either; neither are any of the other over the counter antihistamines. Maybe it will go away on it's own!!!

I had the exact same thing, It lasted for about 5 days and I woke up and it was gone, I think its a virus.
