Published Aug 10, 2007Does anyone have suggestions on how to make anxiety subside while having an MRI? I have to have 2 of them. My heart was pounding and I had to get out. Has anyone felt sensation while having one? You do feel vibration, like they say you will, but are you supposed to be able to feel heat on the cheeks of your face and discomfort in the eyes? I have never had medal in my eyes, that is a question that they ask.

I can't take MRI's any longer. I have a pace maker and that won't allow it. Before I became bionic I had them get me a towel and put it across my eyes. That seemed to work for me.
The symptoms you are describing I have never heard before.
