cold chicken salad pie

4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups finely diced celery
2 cups of pecans, cut into large pieces
2 cups of thinly diced pineapple
1 cup sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 tsp onion salt (to taste)
1 cup mayo
1 cup of graded cheese
4 (8 inch) pie shells, baked
Cook chicken & cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all other ingredients except cheese with chicken
Place mixture into pie shells and put in fridge until chilled
Sprinkle grated cheese on pies before serving
This will serve about 16
Cut recipe down proportionately to serve fewer people
Enjoy
