ratatouille wins me over!

I took my family to see Ratatouiille over the weekend, and I was thoroughly impressed.
Animation has come a long way since Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Pixar has really outdone themselves with this film. It combines not only eye-popping visuals but a great story line to boot.
The story is about a rat named Remy, that aspires to be the world's greatest chef. Remy faces obvious challenges trying to achieve this goal, and Pixar sure knows how to entertain it's audience.
I won't give away any story line, but I think the movie will be enjoyed by young and old alike.
Patton Oswalt, of King of Queens fame, plays the voice of Remy and the film is full of famous voices. I had a great time trying to figure out the voices of some of the characters.
The one that I didn't recognize, and I should have, was that of Gusteau, the famous TV chef that inspired Remy. The voice of Gusteau was played by Brad Garrett of Everybody Loves Raymond.
If you saw the film, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
How do you think it compares to some of the other great animated films, like Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Toy Story, or Shrek?
