<b>GOLDSBORO, N.C.</b> — Goldsboro police arrested a 31-year-old woman Wednesday and charged her with one count of statutory rape and one count of statutory sexual offense. 

Betty Sue Blizzard, of 201 Day Circle, is accused of raping a 14-year-old male acquaintance, according to police.

She was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $500,000 secured bond. No other details were released.

According to the Sampson County Sheriff's Office, a school resource officer discovered the body of a man inside a vehicle at Hobbton High School's athletic field. Authorities believe the man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
