Goldsboro woman, 26, reported missing

Posted November 8, 2011

— The Wayne County Sheriff's Office was searching Tuesday for a 26-year-old woman who hasn't been seen since Nov. 1.

Latoria Renae McClarin left her house, at 147 Wharton Lane in Goldsboro, with a man named Ray and told her family she would be right back. She hasn't been seen since, a sheriff's office spokesman said.

Her family told investigators that Ray is an acquaintance who they believe is from Wilson, but they didn't know anything else about him.

McClarin does not have her needed medication with her, and authorities are concerned for her wellbeing. She is black, with black hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 190 pounds.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff's office at 919-731-1481.
