Each was charged with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of Schedule II controlled substance crack cocaine and maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of selling drugs.

Abraham Aaron Forte, 27, Jackie Rae Hill, 36, and Devonte Lamarice Petteway, 16, all of 1537 Lancaster Road, were being held on bond.

The juvenile was taken to the Pitt County Juvenile Detention Center.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe they were watching this house to begin with or maybe when they answered the door they smelled pot....or even maybe they had it all sitting on a coffee table...they didn't just bust up in there....geez OpinionatedGuy..or maybe by chance...they didn't put ALL of the info up here...WOW...

So when did it become customary to raid a home based on "Hear Say"?

I think their lawyer will beat this case (if they don't request a public defender)... I don;t think what they did was OK, I just think that if everyone complained about everyone, there would be a lot more raids going down, and everyone would just open their doors and let the police search there homes...

Hmmm... Whats wrong with this picture...

Good they got them, and good for the people that complained.

I realize that cocaine is in Schedule II since it still has medicinal purpose, but something like crack cocaine (at least IMO) should be in Schedule I (completely prohibited).

I went to school with the woman. I'm a little surprised by this. I also used to live on the other end of this road. The end I lived on was ok, but this end was really bad. A lot of lower income people living in run down trailers. BTW, I lived in a trailer when I lived on this road, so that's no slam to people living in trailers.
