kcr, how 'bout we remove all victimless "crimals" from the jails (like marijuana possessers), free up at least 10% of jail space and then we COULD lock up guys like this and not give them early release?

I keep hearing people TALK about keeping violent & repeat offenders behind bars, but they won't let loose of the ridiculous war on drugs. So...here we are...Mr. Revolving Door Violent Criminal. I guess that's how some people like it...otherwise, they'd DO something.

Finally, an alleged murderer gets a REAL bail...something in ballpark of marijuana possession-level.
