I agree whole heartedly with ajfuddermukker. With these people (child molesters and such)you cannot be soft. It is a diease. They never get over this feeling of wanting a very young chld; they just learn how to hide it a little bit better. And I got that from a convicted child molester himself.

Our judicial system is way to lienient on criminals. If they would bring back corporal punishment instead of all the cozy comforts they have, then the criminals would think twice about the crime they commit.

    $12,000 secured bond? lovely...

I agree, do they set bond by first asking you how much you can come up with? He's scarred somebody for life, don't put him in the express line to get back out.

Why such a low bond? These stories about indecent liberties and rape of our children seem to be popping up almost every day, and last week there were two in the same day. The judicial system has to come up with a punishment so harsh, no one would want to do this anymore. That means the death penalty.

What are you talking about? The article doesn't mention anything about a criminal past.

Why, once found guilty, do they let animals who use or hurt children live?

I just don't understand the justice system in this country.

Where is the justice for the victim?

Where are the safeguards to help protect other children from these predators???
