<b>GOLDSBORO, N.C.</b> — Police arrested a 27-year-old Goldsboro man Tuesday and charged him with indecent liberties with a child.

Johnnie Ray Willis Jr., of 1005 Harris St., is accused of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old girl on Dec. 10, according to police.

He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $12,000 secured bond.    No other information was released.
