After Hurricane Matthew, many in NC were left homeless, stranded and unsure of their next steps. In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, local McDonald’s in Central N.C. along with Duke Energy and Ticketmaster have partnered with Tim Stevens, founder of Garner’s own Broadway Voices, to host “Three Phantoms in Concert.”

This two-hour concert will feature music from popular Broadways shows, including Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Guys and Dolls and more.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to relief and recovery efforts in North Carolina through the N.C. Baptists on Mission who rebuild homes at no cost to families in crisis. The organization has served more than 300,000 meals and has completed tear outs and mud outs of hundreds of homes in the last two weeks since the hurricane.

Show Details:

Date: November 29

Time: 7:30 PM

Location: Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, 2 E. South St., Raleigh, NC 27601

“We are humbled to be a part of this effort and look forward to supporting all of the families in our state recovering from the hurricane,” said local McDonald’s Owner/Operator Doris Huebner.

Ticket prices start at $20 and can be purchased at Ticketmaster , DukeEnergyCenterRaleigh.com or at the Duke Energy Center Box Office.

My husband always looks for people, especially older people, who have carts they're finished with as we park and head into a store. He tries to save them the trouble of returning the cart by taking it back to the store for them.
