The annual Southern Women’s Show is coming back to the NC State Fairgrounds from April 21 - 23, 2017.

Shop for jewelry, handbags & clothing, watch fabulous fashion shows, attend cooking demonstrations and coupon classes, sample gourmet foods, get makeovers, & meet celebrity guests!

Coupon Classes

Once again, I will teaching Couponing Classes at the show and I love teaching there every year!

The classes are about 35 minutes long and they are a great introduction to couponing and saving money on non-coupon items like produce, meat, dairy and more. We'll have door prizes and giveaways and lots of fun!

The coupon classes are FREE and included in your Southern Women's Show ticket price.

Show Features:

Laurie Hernandez: Olympic Gymnast, Laurie Hernandez, a Silver and Gold medal winner in Rio, will be appearing at the Show on Saturday, April 22. Laurie, who is just 16 years old, is known for her dazzling floor exercise routine, where she has been nicknamed the "human emoji" for her outgoing facial expressions and for her grace and artistry on the balance beam. She also went on to win the “Mirror Ball” on Dancing with the Stars last fall.

Keegan Allen: Keegan Allen is currently known as Toby Cavanaugh to fans of the Freeform hit television series, Pretty Little Liars. Meet Keegan on Sunday, April 23 on the Main Fashion Stage to hear more about the series finale in April.

Meet your favorite WRAL-TV anchors: Stop by the WRAL TV exhibit space to catch up with some of your favorites on-air anchors including Bill Leslie, Ken Smith, Debra Morgan, David Crabtree, Greg Fishel, Elizabeth Gardner and Renee Chou.

Each day the first 100 people in line will receive a free tiara.

Fido Fashion Show: Join Saving Grace Animals for Adoption on the Fashion and Entertainment Stage Saturday for a Fido Fashion show.

Free Cupcakes: Edible Art will be providing the first 250 people in line with a delicious sweet treat on Saturay, April 22.

Free reusable bag for teachers: Teacher Appreciation Day is on Saturday and the first 100 teachers & school employees to come by the Show Office and show their school ID will receive a free Southern Women’s Show Reusable Shopping Bag.

Check out exciting culinary demonstrations, food sampling & trivia games at the Food Lion Kitchen Stage.

Cheer on your local heroes in uniform at the Firefighter Fashion Show on Friday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 6:00pm.

Find new fragrances & get a complimentary makeover in the Belk pavilion.

See local celebrities compete in the annual Dancing Like the Stars competition.

Taste North Carolina’s finest foods inside the Got to be NC Pavilion.

Discounted Admission for Teachers: On Saturday, April 22, educators and staff who present a valid school ID at the Box office get $4 off the door price admission. All day!

    I have never been to the Southern Women's Show before but have wanted to go for years. My youngest daughter heard on the news this morning that Laurie Hernandez was going to be there this year and she LOVES her and LOVES gymnastics. This would be a great way to spend some quality mother daughter time together.

    I love everything about the show. I usually even get my hair cut while I'm there. My husband comes along and enjoys the food samplking.
