During this season of indulgence, this giveaway can help you get a head start on fighting the holiday calories! O2 Fitness is offering a FREE 3 month membership to a lucky Smart Shopper blog reader!


The holiday season is upon us, which also means the seemingly inevitable holiday weight gain that comes along with it. To enter to win, leave a comment below sharing your favorite exercise activity (i.e. running, yoga, cycling). I'd have to vote for hiking in the woods as my favorite form of exercise.  But on a cold winter day, I'm all for a stroll on the treadmill!

    I guess chewing doesn't count. Haha. I'd have to say my favorite type of exercise is swimming because I never think of it as exercise, just fun! :)
