RALEIGH, N.C. — We all know Raleigh has a fantastic craft beer culture – so let's celebrate it! Raleigh Beer Week features seven days of beer events, from tap takeovers to beer dinners.

Raleigh Beer Week is from Sunday, Aug. 25, through Sunday, Sept. 1. Here are some highlights and events we definitely want to check out!

Sunday, Aug. 25:
All venues will tap the Big Boss/Raleigh Beer Week Collaboration, a Belgian Pale Ale with cherries aged in Carriage House Apple Brandy Barrels (starts at 12 p.m.).
The Flying Saucer's NC Cask Bash starts on the patio at 3 p.m. Eight exclusive casks from NC breweries will celebrate the start of Beer Week.
Monday, Aug. 26:
Tyler's Taproom will have Allagash beers on tap, including Celebration Avance, Midnight Brett, Bourbon Black, Interlude, Fluxus '12 and Odyssey, paired with a local cheese plate (starts at 9 p.m.).
Tuesday, Aug. 27:
Capital Club 16 is hosting a food and beer pairing with Foothills and Schneider brewing companies (starts at 5 p.m.).
Wednesday, Aug. 28:
Tir na nOg and Lonerider Brewing come together for a cask party featuring five infused beers (starts at 5 p.m.).
Natty Greene's Brewmaster Thomas Vincent will have a discussion about their Landmark Freedom IPA (starts at 7 p.m.).
Thursday, Aug. 29: 
Capital Club 16 is having an outdoor beer dinner featuring Ska Brewing at 9 p.m. (tickets are $30 for four courses).
Friday, Aug. 30:
Raleigh Brewing Company hosts "A Taste of Raleigh" at 9 p.m. Come for rare or limited beers from the smaller local breweries, such as Crank Arm, Gizmo and Sub Noir (and a new beer from RBC).
Saturday, Aug. 31:
The Flying Saucer's CELLARbration will feature matured draft and bottled ales from "The Vault." Party starts at 9 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 1:
Trophy Brewing is coming to Buku for a beer dinner, with five courses for $50 (starts at 7 p.m.).
