Get Ready: Triangle IMAX screens to feature all eight 'Harry Potter' movies

Posted October 5

IMAX screens at Marbles Kids Museum and The Streets at Southpoint will feature all eight of the original Harry Potter movies ahead of the release of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," which opens Nov. 17.

Movies start Oct. 13.

At Marbles in downtown Raleigh, movie goers can buy individual tickets - or an eight movie festival pass - to see the movies on screen. The festival pass for all eight movies is $70 (or $50 for Marbles Movie Members). Multiple movies are scheduled for each day through Oct. 27. Individual tickets are $14 and $11 for kids under 12.

At The Streets at Southpoint, at least two Harry Potter movies run daily through Oct. 20, according to its website. Tickets are $9.

Movie goers also will get a quick look at "Fantastic Beasts," a prequel to the Harry Potter series.
