Jen Pinder and Kyle Furlow, Raleigh moms and owners of Boot Camp Moms, return with another fast and furious workout.
This one is what they call a total body tone up that can be done in about 15 minutes. All you need is a mat.

Total Body Tone Up
Start with 50 reverse lunges.
Next, do all three exercise for 30 seconds each, with a 15 second recovery. Repeat this workout 4 times.
- Squat or touchdown squat
- Reverse crunch or reverse crunch to a leg drop scissor
End the workout with 50 reverse lunges.
