Get Fit: Try this quick 'total body tone up'

Jen Pinder and Kyle Furlow, Raleigh moms and owners of Boot Camp Moms, return with another fast and furious workout.

This one is what they call a total body tone up that can be done in about 15 minutes. All you need is a mat.

Total Body Tone Up

Start with 50 reverse lunges.

Next, do all three exercise for 30 seconds each, with a 15 second recovery. Repeat this workout 4 times.

  • Squat or touchdown squat
  • Push-ups
  • Reverse crunch or reverse crunch to a leg drop scissor

End the workout with 50 reverse lunges.
