Fuquay Varina man charged with embezzlement

— A Fuquay Varina man is accused of stealing from his employer.

Jerry Latwan Harris Jr., 18, of 705 Marjam Lane, worked at the Game Stop in Cary. He is accused of embezzling more than $700 by applying fraudulent credit to Game Stop gift cards.

Harris was being held under a $3,000 bond in the Wake County jail on Friday. He is due in court on Monday.

    Seriously, what's wrong with kids today?! Stealing?! C'mon...work more hours, work two jobs, then buy things yourself and don't use a credit card. Stupid fool he is!

    Just another by-product of Lyndon Johnson's great society. Don't work hard and make something of yourself,get a job and steal all you can. Why even get a job? Just join all your friends and live off taxpayers. Food stamps,SSI, medicaid and all the other goverment programs. WAKE UP AMERICA stop wasted spenting on dead beats.

    This guy, at age 18, had the good luck of having a job but still couldn't resist the urge to steal. A cycle that may never be broken.
