Full Frame offers free five-week summer course for Durham teens
Applications are due Friday, May 5, for the free program.
Posted — UpdatedApplications are due Friday for Full Frame Documentary Film Festival's School of Doc, a five-week intensive summer course designed for students currently enrolled in grades 9 to 12 in Durham Public Schools.
The program, which began in 2011, is taught by professional filmmakers and held in Full Frame's theater and classroom space. At the end, in July, students present their final film in the Full Frame Theater.
Applications are due Friday, May 5. You'll find out if you got in by the end of May. The application requires students share some details about their interests, along with the name of a school counselor or teacher for reference. Full Frame's website has all of the details and the online application.
