Frost advisory issued for some NC counties

— The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory overnight Thursday for 24 North Carolina counties, including Johnston, Wilson, Wayne and Edgecombe.

The advisory is in effect from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. Thursday, when temperatures are expected to dip into the 30s across parts of the area.

Forecasters said sensitive outdoor plants and seedlings may be damaged if left uncovered.

    No, it's correct. Last night to this morning is when the Temps got down. Tonight's is low of 56 is what is posted for Thursday night.
