FREE WORKOUT: Get details on Friday's free workout for moms, kiddos
Fit4Mom Midtown Raleigh is graciously offering a free workout for moms and their kiddos at our North Hills event, which is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday.
Posted — UpdatedThe free Stroller Strides program, which involves a great workout for moms as they push their stroller-riding kids, is set for 9:15 a.m., Friday. It runs around an hour or so and you'll go through a variety of exercises that includes cardio and strength training. It's designed for all abilities. The instructor will offer modified exercises for those of us just getting back into shape.
These also are a lot of fun. Bring your friends and their stroller-riding kids!
