Looking for a way to burn the extra calories from Thanksgiving? Head to O2 Fitness on Friday morning for their annual Burn Off the Bird Bootcamp! It's FREE!
On Friday, November 25 at 10:00 a.m., participating O2 Fitness Clubs will offer a free bootcamp-style fitness class focused on strength, endurance and core-sculpting to help “undo” that extra slice of pumpkin pie. Professional trainers will guide you through this hour-long workout class that uses only your own bodyweight to help you burn calories and build muscle.
The O2 Fitness Burn Off the Bird Bootcamp is open to both members and non-members, and child care will be provided where available. All North Carolina locations will offer this bootcamp, with the exception of the Wake Forest location. Class space is limited, so contact your preferred location ahead of time to reserve your spot with the General Manager or Fitness Director!
