Free kids event at North Hills on Monday

The North Hills Kids weekday play time events are starting up again on Monday and WRAL's Go Ask Mom will be out there with a bunch of fun and free activities for you and the kids!

The North Hills Kids weekday play time events are starting up again on Monday and WRAL's Go Ask Mom will be out there with a bunch of fun and free activities for you and the kids!

On Monday, May 16 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a number of activities including an ambulance from UNC Rex and a Wake County Sheriff's Office vehicle for the kids to explore, crafts and activities from Flour Power Kids Cooking Studio and Peak City Sitters, free Music Together class at 10 a.m., free All Sports Little Starts program from Raleigh parks at 11 a.m., big foam blocks, free story time and more!

The event takes place the Commons area across from North Hills' movie theater and behind Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's.

North Hills Kids runs 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday, through the end of July.
