This freebie is available from 7 am - 10 pm. One per child. Dine in only at participating restaurants. You can see more details on their Facebook page. I'll remind you of the freebie on 10/30 but thought I would give you an early heads up so you can put it on your busy Halloween calendar.
You can also join their pancake club at IHOP.com and get a free meal on your birthday and anniversary of membership.
