Franklin County authorities searching for missing 16-year-old girl
Authorities in Franklin County continued to search Friday for a missing 16-year-old girl who could be with an older man she met on a dating website.

Briona Ashley Thomas, of Franklinton, was last seen at about 9 p.m. Tuesday near her home, Franklinton police said. Authorities say Thomas left her home from a window. It's unclear what she could be wearing or where she could be headed.
Authorities said Thomas told friends she was leaving but didn't take any clothes or other belongings with her. Her cellphone has been turned off since she left, and she has not been active on the Internet.
