<b>APEX, N.C.</b> — A 24-year-old Franklin County man was arrested this week in Apex after he allegedly solicited a 14-year-old girl for sex.

Michael Aaron Zovistoski, of 207 N. Main St., Franklinton, was jailed Wednesday under a $350,000 bond on three counts of statutory rape and one count each of indecent liberties with a child and solicitation by a computer.

According to an arrest warrant, Zovistoski allegedly used a computer to solicit the girl for sex, and they then met in August at her home in Apex.
