Sounds like a civil issue, not a criminal one.

Sure is some "dry humor" being posted.

As I understand the whole story both her and her estranged both paid for the airplane. The missing prop was also found in another hanger at the airport. I think this one will probably end up being dismissed as BS.

I have seen repo men take the props off of aircraft before...

  • SailbadTheSinner May 29, 2008

She didn’t mean to steal the prop.

All she REALLY wanted to do was to loosen the bolts a bit ....

Maybe she was trying to kill him, hopiing he would take off without the prop...er, ah, I guess that wouldn't work.

Maybe she paid for it with her credit card?

Maybe she had a premonition that he was going to crash, so she took it to save his life?

Coincidently, a pick-up carrying a prop passed me going west on 264 at Zebulon...that was a sign, or her hubby keeping his new prop like a bike rider taking his front tire.

Ooooooh that's a nasty thought, and I cringe at the idea that my wife my take my propeller away from me.

I thought most wives went after half.......[note to self] DON'T EVER TAKE A MANS PROPELLER, take the kids, half the house, half the car....but, leave the dog & prop!
