FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The circle of people linked to the February death of a 36-year-old Fayetteville man grew to four Friday, when two men surrendered on charges of accessory after the fact to murder and police issued an arrest warrant for a woman on the same charge.
Samuel Federick III, who was reported missing by his family on Feb. 17 after he left his home on Grand Prix Drive, was found shot to death in the trunk of a vehicle parked along Dodge Court two days later, police said.

Within hours, police made an arrest, charging John Jacob Sierra, of Halifax Drive, with second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Sierra is being held without bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center.

On Thursday, Ramon Jay Robinson III, 31, and Joshua Manuel Rivera, 26, surrendered to authorities and were processed at the Cumberland County Detention Center, where they remain under $500,000 secured bond each.

Police are looking for Heather Elizabeth Peck, 30, and asked that anyone who knows where she is or has other information about the case contact Fayetteville police Detective M. Taylor at 910-303-9751 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
