Four Oaks, N.C. — Four Oaks police arrested a 52-year-old woman Thursday night at a home where two people have died from drug overdoses.
Penny Johnson is charged with multiple felonies, including three counts of possession with intent to sell heroin, Four Oaks Police Chief Steven Anderson said.
He characterized the bust at 107 Grady St. as "major" and said it was the result of weeks of undercover work.
