Fort Bragg soldier dies in Afghanistan

Sgt. Jason J. McCluskey, 26, of McAlester, Okla., a member of the 27th Engineer Battalion, 20th Engineer Brigade, XVIII Airborne Corps, from Fort Bragg, died Nov. 4 in Afghanistan, the Department of Defense announced Tuesday.

McCluskey was wounded when insurgents attacked his unit with small arms fire.
