RALEIGH, N.C. — A former accounting manager at WRAL-FM pleaded guilty Friday to four counts of embezzlement from the station.

Bobbie Huffman Gray worked for the Raleigh radio station for 29 years before leaving the station in August 2007. The station is owned by Capitol Broadcasting Co., which also is the parent company of WRAL-TV and WRAL.com.

Gray is accused of forging the signatures of several WRAL-FM managers on hundreds of checks and depositing the money into her own accounts.

Gray will spend 12 to 16 months in prison and be forced to re-pay CBC more than $166,000 in restitution.
