Raleigh, N.C. — Chef Steven Goff announced that he is opening Brine Haus Food + Provisions food truck this year. He recently left his position as the butcher at Standard Foods. Previously, he was a chef at Asheville’s King James Pour House. Goff told Out and About that he plans to use his entire animal butchery skills for the cuisine on the truck. He also plans to sell his own pickles. The food truck will open this year, but you can catch him at ChickenwireNC’s events and May’s The Blind Pig Supper Club with Kim Hunter of Kimbap Cafe and Danielle Centeno of Escazu Artisanal Chocolates.
