DURHAM, N.C. — Former Duke University lacrosse player Collin Finnerty took to the field against his former team for the first time Saturday.

Finnerty transferred to Loyola College in Maryland after being exonerated from false rape charges that were laid by a stripper during his sophomore year at Duke.

The No. 2 Blue Devils won 21-8 against the No. 13 Loyola Greyhounds, but Finnetry scored a goal in the third period of the game.

Finnerty, now a sophomore at Loyola, wore No. 20 on his jersey.
