Posted — UpdatedEmpire Eats food truck is now on the streets. Previously, the food truck operated during catering events. The truck is now open as a mobile food unit and it made a stop at Raleigh's First Friday last week. The menu was limited to BBQ pork and a couple of sides, although Twitter and Instagram have shown other options including guasillo braised short ribs and adobo roast pork tacos.
