Belgian Waffology renamed their food truck Belgian Waffle Crafters. The naming is strictly a formality change, as ownership, the truck, and the recipe has not changed.
Porchetta fans should keep their eyes, ears and stomachs open. Their Southpoint Mall location is very close to opening.

Empire Eats food truck is now on the streets. Previously, the food truck operated during catering events. The truck is now open as a mobile food unit and it made a stop at Raleigh's First Friday last week. The menu was limited to BBQ pork and a couple of sides, although Twitter and Instagram have shown other options including guasillo braised short ribs and adobo roast pork tacos.
