Posted July 2, 2014

Food Lion has some good buys starting Wednesday, 7/2 including chicken thighs, Pepsi, chili sauce, Turkey Hill ice cream, 7UP, Coke, cherries, limes & more! And don't miss the Food Lion printable meat coupon below! Please share any other deals you find!

Food Lion Coupon Basics

Food Lion does not double coupons

They have no limits on number of total number of coupons they will take, unless specified in the ad. You may only use a maximum of 10 (ten) coupons for the same item per customer. This includes coupons that are downloaded onto your personal MVP Card.

BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

You cannot use Food Lion store coupons and manufacturer's coupons on the same item. "Stacking" coupons like that is not allowed per the Food Lion coupon policy.

You can see their entire coupon policy on their website HERE.

The ad indicates that prices are valid for stores in these cities: Apex, Bunn, Cary, Clayton, Franklinton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Louisburg, Morrisville, Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, Youngsville, Zebulon. If you do not live in one of these cities, your ad may be different and you can check for any differences on

E-Coupons: You can now load manufacturer’s coupons to your Food Lion MVP card and when they scan your card at the register and you buy the qualifying items, the discount will come off automatically. I spoke with corporate and they confirmed that these are manufacturer’s coupons and not to be combined with hard copy manufacturer’s from the newspaper and other sources. She said their policy is only 1 coupon per product. No e-coupons will double. Click HERE for more information.

Quality Guarantee: Food Lion offers a double money back quality guarantee on all Food Lion store brands.

These deals are valid July 2 – July 8, 2014.

The Food Lion Weekly printable coupons are not attached to my weekly email anymore. I tried to print them on firefox and lost my prints because firefox has stopped printing for me lately. When i tried to print on internet explorer i found out that i had already printed these but i didn't get them. Does anyone have a spare set from a different computer that you could mail me and in exchange i will be happy to send any coupons you may need that i already have or i can carefully print what you need? To be sure the list starts with "$1 off $5 purchase in the meat department". I would like to have them no later than Saturday. Thank you

Faye- I was just there and bought some Canada Dry for a recipe... now that I look at the coupon further, I realize it does say TEN. I ended up just buying one, so I didn't use the coupon. Next time I'm there I'll confirm on if they carry the TEN varieties! I'm almost sure they are at Kroger, too, JTLNSW.

jtlnsw - thanks - let us know if you happen to see them.

  • jtlnsw Jul 2, 2014

Thx RFB. I haven't seen these TEN sodas at all in FL. I have to head to Walmart later so maybe I'll see if they have them.

Thanks RFB! Is that for the TEN varieties? I have had a hard time finding them. Have you seen them at FL?
