Posted June 24, 2015

Food Lion has some very good buys starting 6/24 including apples, chicken leg quarters, chicken breast, pork chops, ground beef, Yoplait Greek, 7UP, Pepsi, All & more!

Food Lion Coupon Basics

Food Lion does not double coupons

They have no limits on number of total number of coupons they will take, unless specified in the ad. You may only use a maximum of 10 (ten) coupons for the same item per customer. This includes coupons that are downloaded onto your personal MVP Card.

BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

You cannot use Food Lion store coupons and manufacturer's coupons on the same item. "Stacking" coupons like that is not allowed per the Food Lion coupon policy.

You can see their entire coupon policy on their website HERE.

The ad indicates that prices are valid for stores in these cities: Apex, Bunn, Cary, Clayton, Franklinton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Louisburg, Morrisville, Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, Youngsville, Zebulon. If you do not live in one of these cities, your ad may be different and you can check for any differences on FoodLion.com.

E-Coupons: You can now load RedPlum.com manufacturer’s coupons to your Food Lion MVP card and when they scan your card at the register and you buy the qualifying items, the discount will come off automatically. I spoke with corporate and they confirmed that these are manufacturer’s coupons and not to be combined with hard copy manufacturer’s from the newspaper and other sources. She said their policy is only 1 coupon per product. No e-coupons will double. Click HERE for more information.

Quality Guarantee: Food Lion offers a double money back quality guarantee on all Food Lion store brands.

LOSLTP - I wish I could forget the traffic around Crabtree and the Beltline when I go to Raleigh ! LOL
On a serious note - TAKE CARE of yourself !! I can not imagine how scared you are but I understand the forgetting stuff part - it is no fun .

  • Nanee Lion Jun 24, 2015

Not a problem LOSLTP. I am in Clayton and wondered if I need to check my food lion. I do a lot of baking to share with my friends so I try to stock up on baking products when I can. Totally understand about the seizure meds. Hubby was on them for quite a few years back in the day when our kids were growing up. If they are keeping your seizures at bay, then they are worth the other side effects Take care of yourself and keep finding those good buys to share with us.

NANEE LION - OMG I checked my receipt and it was Western Blvd !
I must have blacked out from my medication (said with red face and tears ) !
I hate this seizure medicine ,not remembering things or where I am .
    My DEEPEST apologies !
All I remember is riding down 50 and then we were at a Food Lion !
I do not know Raleigh well .
2 of the stores were definitely in Durham - one next to house DH grew up in and one next to his employer . So Sorry - I will go to the corner now

losltp - a good friend, iced tea and cheap cake mix - sounds like a great day to me! :-) Thanks again for posting.

  • losltp Jun 24, 2015

LOL - no only one on Creedmoor Road !
first trip to Raleigh in quite a while - girls day with a friend with lots of iced tea/lemonade.

losltp - WOW!! Fanastic buy! Thanks for the heads up. Did you clear out the one at 40/42?? lol

  • losltp Jun 23, 2015

I found numerous cakes mixes/cupcake pouches/brownie mixes on clearance in 3 different Food Lions (while looking for deals for a cookout fundraiser ) .
ALL were 10 /$1 !! some had sticker coupons making them more than free
    All were name brands .
I grabbed some of the Funfetti cupcake mixes in neon colors - great for kids
( of course I thought about our little resident Baking Chef Rae ).
