Food Lion Deals 10/9: Pizza, Steamfresh, chicken, tomatoes & more!

Food Lion has a super buy starting Wednesday, 10/9, on Steamfresh Chef's Favorites and Dr Oetker pizza as part of their Frozen Food Promotion! You'll also find good deals on Tide (if the only brand you use is Tide), boneless chicken breast, Perdue chicken, tilapia fillets, hot house tomatoes and more!

Food Lion does not double coupons

They have no limits on number of coupons they will take, unless specified in the ad

BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

You cannot use Food Lion store coupons and manufacturer's coupons on the same item. "Stacking" coupons like that is not allowed per the Food Lion coupon policy.

The ad indicates that prices are valid for stores in these cities: Apex, Bunn, Cary, Clayton, Franklinton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Louisburg, Morrisville, Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, Youngsville, Zebulon. If you do not live in one of these cities, your ad may be different and you can check for any differences on FoodLion.com.

Scenario:

Buy 4 Steamfresh Chef’s Favorites and 3 Dr Oetker pizzas = $16.47

Use 2 of the $1 Steamfresh coupons (you can print out 2 total per computer) and 2 of the .50 Steamfresh coupons and 3 Dr Oetker coupons AND the $2 off $5 store coupon for any frozen foods = $8.47

Total after coupons = $8.47 - $5 instant savings = $3.47 for all 7 products! (only .49 each!)

Total if you have 4 of the $1 Steamfresh and 3 of the $1 Dr Oetker AND $2 store coupon AND $5 instant savings = $2.47 (.35 each!!)

You can do better on most of these products with a good sale and coupon doubled in the next couple weeks. The cake mix and frosting are FREE at Lowes foods with the store coupon from the recent booklet and the .75/2 coupon. The Old El Paso shells were free at Harris Teeter during triples a couple weeks ago. My but price for Progresso is .50 each.
