Posted June 19, 2013

Food Lion has some good buys this week on cucumbers, kiwi, corn, tomatoes, grapes, London broil, pork picnics & more.

Please share any other good deals you find.  These deals are valid 6/19 - 6/25.

Food Lion Coupon Basics

Food Lion does not double coupons

They have no limits on number of coupons they will take, unless specified in the ad

BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

You cannot use Food Lion store coupons and manufacturer's coupons on the same item. "Stacking" coupons like that is not allowed per the Food Lion coupon policy.

The ad indicates that prices are valid for stores in these cities: Apex, Bunn, Cary, Clayton, Franklinton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Louisburg, Morrisville, Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, Youngsville, Zebulon. If you do not live in one of these cities, your ad may be different and you can check for any differences on FoodLion.com.

E-Coupons: You can now load RedPlum.com manufacturer’s coupons to your Food Lion MVP card and when they scan your card at the register and you buy the qualifying items, the discount will come off automatically. I spoke with corporate and they confirmed that these are manufacturer’s coupons and not to be combined with hard copy manufacturer’s from the newspaper and other sources. She said their policy is only 1 coupon per product. No e-coupons will double. Click HERE for more information.

Quality Guarantee: Food Lion offers a double money back quality guarantee on all Food Lion store brands.

Thanks for the heads up on the dates. Just fixed them.

I also added the link to the weekly printable e-mailed coupons.

SLR, this is the sale that starts 6/19. I think Faye jsut forgot to update the second sentence that says valid 6/12-6/18 from last week.

I'm cornfused... are these deals good starting 6.19, or good thru 6.18 ?

  • itsmyownopinion Jun 18, 2013

Thanks for posting Food Lion, Faye. I don't often go there, but I have to say I got the best corn I've had all this year at Food Lion. I used to go in for red and green leafy lettuce because it was the nicest I could find anywhere for the best price, until Kroger dropped their price to 99 cents a bunch. I have had produce replaced by Food Lion, but not doubled.
