Food Lion deals this week include avocados (2 for $1.00!), green peppers, tomatoes, chicken breast, Pepsi, and various new promotions.

These deals are valid 1/30 - 2/5.

Food Lion Coupon Basics

Food Lion does not double coupons

They have no limits on number of coupons they will take, unless specified in the ad

BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

The ad indicates that prices are valid for stores in these cities: Apex, Bunn, Cary, Clayton, Franklinton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Louisburg, Morrisville, Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, Youngsville, Zebulon. If you do not live in one of these cities, your ad may be different and you can check for any differences on

E-Coupons: You can now load manufacturer’s coupons to your Food Lion MVP card and when they scan your card at the register and you buy the qualifying items, the discount will come off automatically. I spoke with corporate and they confirmed that these are manufacturer’s coupons and not to be combined with hard copy manufacturer’s from the newspaper and other sources.     Our Food Lions here in Raleigh/Cary don't let us stack coupons and they don't double anything.

    ok just when i thought i had all the coupon rules down they change on me...i had a really good trip to foodlion in Norlina..i got 269.23 worth for 132.54.....but the foodlion coupons in the sunday paper had knor side dishes 1.00 off 2 and foodlion had them on sale 10 for 10.00 plus there was a manf coupon for 50 of 2 so i have 5 coupons of both and thought i could stack them and it would be 1.50 of 2 ....well read the coupons closely (my fault) you can only use 1 a day!!!!! GRRRRR they did let me use 3 of them...but i swear they get us any way they can :(

    my Food Lion in Clinton has the 30 Load Tide for 4.99. Used my 1.50 coupon that expires tomorrow! Good deal for Tide!

    Food Lion website under coupons has another "beer" rebate. $5 MIR with the purchased of $8 in apples.

    I think the Heluva Good dip might be 0.99 before coupons at Kroger with the 10/10 deal. That would make it 0.25 usingthe 0.75 coupon or free if you got a print of the 0.50/1 coupon.
