MaryBeth Winstead of Healthy Moms returns with another fitness tip. This one helps us shape up our arms and shoulders.

Push-ups against the wall, Winstead tells me, are a great way for moms and moms-to-be to build strength in their upper body. The exercise is particularly great for pregnant women, who might have trouble doing a traditional push-up. But it works great for anybody. (I've been doing them regularly since we shot this video). Winstead says just 10 to 20 a day can make a difference.

Winstead demonstrates the exercise in this quick video. Check the box above for more fitness tips from Winstead and her staff.

Healthy Moms' new sessions begin this month. For all the details about the classes that Healthy Moms offers moms-to-be and new moms, check the website.
