Insurance had nothing to do with it, actually there was another company operating out of the building and they manufactured bedding supplies. And as far as not battling it long...how about you come out here and stay as long as we have. There is alot more to battling a fire than making an attack and putting it out. When u have more fireload in a warehouse than you do hose and water you kind of have to regroup and go about it another way. There was approximately 5000 foot of supply hose and 25 engines that dont unfortunately set themselves upan and you know when the roof is off of a place its kind of difficult to control the wind and where it wants to spread to fire. You know we could have just packed up when it ran its course and let it take out the whole block of residences that surround it. So next time you feel the need to downgrade what we do and the effort we put into it try to grasp a concept of what we have to do first. Thanks THOMPSONS LANDSCAPING for your support of your local

I bet the insurance was paid up to date before it burned. The new tax on tobacco paid off in more ways than one.
