Fire reported at Raleigh apartments

— An accidental fire at an apartment complex in Raleigh left two people displaced on Tuesday.

The fire was reported at The Apartments at Oberlin Court, 1009 Wade Ave., just before noon, Raleigh police dispatchers said.

The fire destroyed two units, according to the Raleigh Fire Department.

No injuries were reported.

There was no word on what caused the fire.

    I work across the street from these condos. Last year three cars burned up in the parking lot. The cause of the fire was determined to be from a hot muffler touching dry pine straw.

    I hope this is electrical related and no lives are lost. If not one's carelessness can cause others headaches and pain. I hope those involved are able to recovery.
