Fire in the Triangle preview: The Oxford vs. City Kitchen

Fire in the Triangle continues next week with new chef match-ups, and we wanted to give you a chance to get to know the competitors.

The Oxford team is led again by chef Chris Hill, who also competed the last two years. He had two of the five highest scoring dishes in 2013, so we expect him to be a strong competitor.

Having past Fire in the Triangle experience might also give him a leg up on his competition, chef Younes Sabouh of City Kitchen in Chapel Hill. 

Sabouh is new to the competition but is bringing an experienced team with him that has worked together for a long time. His strategy is to have fun and make the North Carolina products - the secret ingredients - shine.
